The ZeroNoise open-face helmet intercom headset fits behind the lining of an open-face motorsport helmet and connects to any Nexus-compatible intercom amplifier.
The speakers locate in the ear recesses of the helmet, and the microphone is on a flexible boom that can be adjusted to sit close to the mouth regardless of helmet fit. Both the speakers and the microphone are the same ZeroNoise components used across their Nexus headset range, and the flat speaker pads are thin enough to sit comfortably between the lining and the ear for extended use. The lead ends in a 4-pin Nexus connector, male or female, so it works with the ZeroNoise Brave, Fury, Fearless and Pit-Link and other Nexus amplifiers.
Choose the plug: the male version (6300005) is for amplifiers with female Nexus leads; the female version (6300002) is for amplifiers with male Nexus leads, such as a ZeroNoise amplifier ordered with male leads or a Stilo WRC or DG amplifier. Specify the correct version for your amplifier when ordering.
If you use an open-face helmet with deep ear recesses rather than a flat lining, the integral ear cup version (6300004) carries speakers inside foam cups for improved sound isolation and is a better fit for helmets built around earcups. The standard flat-pad headset here suits helmets where the lining runs flat against the ear area without earcup recesses.
